I made the recipe just as posted, except I also added some fresh ground nutmeg. Nothing but raves for this. Just the right amount of praline/potato ratio :) Fantastic dish! Thank you for posting
This was a wonderful recipe. I made it from leftover holiday sweet potatoes. I made one for me and one for a sick friend and gave it to her while still warm. When I got home she called me and said she was instantly healed from it, it was so good and such good comfort food.
Yet another wonderful version of this recipe that we have during this season. Made recipe as posted and will become a holiday favorite. Made for PRMR tag.
I have made this for different family/friend gatherings and people are always asking for the recipe. Thank you for this wonderful dish!
A perfect combo of the more then nifty sweet potato in all it's glory. So easy to toss together, and this casserole has the components that bring comfort to a Holiday table. I followed this exactly except used my own sweet potatoes dug from the garden weeks ago, and they have been sitting in the cool basement waiting to be used, and a perfect dish to use them in. Being on the sweet side I did reduce the sugar a smidgen to 1/4 cup. Came out beautifully and will use this again for a Holiday fling. Thank you 2Bleu! Made for *Please Review My Recipe* Fall 2008
I love anything that has sweet potatos in it! And this is no exception. Thank you!
This is the recipe that made me love sweet potatoes! I never liked sweet potatoes, but then one year my aunt brought a Sweet Potato Praline Cassarole to a family gathering. I asked for the recipe and she told me that it was store bought. So I decided to either find it or re-create it. Luckily I found this! Thank you for sharing--you made my Thanksgiving!
I've made a million different versions of this recipe, and this one is delicious! I used 3 huge sweet potatoes, nuked and then mashed them for the filling. Yummy dish!
