  1. it's great

  2. I made this recipe without the nuts and without the marshmallows. I really liked it and would definitely make it again. A nice change from just plain sweet potatoes.

  3. Great. I lucked out and got some pretty sweet potatoes. I wanted a recipe with less added sugar and this was really nice. Brought out the flavor of the potatoes instead of just sweet. Didn't add the nuts as daughter hates nuts in food - go figure. Definitely want to keep track of this recipe for next time. Thanks.

  4. Thank you for this easy but yummy recipe. My duaghter is allergic to eggs and nuts, so I left out the marshmallows, pecan and nutmeg and still loved it. I forgot to buy crushed pineapple so I blended a 15oz chopped pineapple can with a 11oz can of mandarin oranges-juices and all and used 2 cups of the blended mixture becuase I doubled the rest of the recipe. Not to pineappley or orangey- just delicious. This is a keeper, Thanks so much!
