      Mix potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, milk, salt and margarine.

      Put into casserole dish.

      Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes.

      Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

      I make this same casserole and when I ask DH what he wants for dessert on holidays he says, "The sweet potatoes are all I need". Took it to a Christmas pot luck one year and I heard another man say the same when his wife asked him. He said he'd already had 3 servings. I guess that's enough said!

      Made this last year for Thanksgiving and will do so again this Thanksgiving. It is sooooo good. The whole family asked us to bring it again. Delicious reheated when you are craving a sweet snack.

      Excellent! I served this up as a desert instead of part of the meal and it was a huge hit. I used 1 cup less sugar (totalled between both the potato filling and topping). My husbands only negative(not really negative though) comment was on how it was extremely sweet, but he still loved it. I will be making this one again. Thanks for the great recipe!
