  • Mix all ingredients.

  • I use a 9x9 glass oven-proof dish.
  • Topping---------------------.
  • Mix as listed, drop by spoonfuls on top of potatoes.

  1. This was excellent. I made it & brought it to my mother's house for our annual Thanksgiving festival dinner. It got Rave reviews. I made it exactly as listed except I decreased the white sugar to 1/2 cup- I also used 1 can of sweet potatoes & 1 can of yams. Simply delicious & sooo easy to make. Thanks for sharing this. I will make it again.

  2. This is very similar to the recipe I use. I also add 2 eggs to the sweet potatoe mixture and use evaporated milk. This is an awesome casserole!

Well? What do I say? I like to read, surf on the computer. Also I am kinda of a crafty person. My all-time favorite cook-book is the computer. You can find so much stuff on the internet. If I had a month off with no responsibilities. I still would be able to find something useful and fun to do. My favorite holiday is Christmas. The only pet peeve I can think of right now is when I am reading a book and someone keeps interrupting me.
