This is one of my family's favourite soups, which I have adapted from pumpkin recipes. It has a lovely rich and spicy flavour.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Saute chopped onion, leek and sgae in olive oil for a few minutes until golden.
  2. Add carrot and sweet potato cut into cubes and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add hot stock.
  4. Simmer for 45 minutes.
  5. Add parsley.
  6. Blend soup.

Delicious! Soup is one of my favorite things to make, and this recipe certainly pleases. The leek puts it over the top! And the sage... oh man, good stuff! Made for PAC Spring 2010 :)
