  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Line muffin tins with liners or s pray with cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Add the liquids all at once over the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Spoon a heaping 1/4 cup of the batter into each muffin cup, each should be full and well rounded.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Turn the muffins out onto a wire rack to cool for 5 minutes.
