This is absolutely one of the most delicious dishes I have ever tasted: it makes quite a lot, and I can happily eat it for lunch and dinner 2 or 3 days in a row! The only change I make is to add extra cider vinegar and let it simmer a bit longer - I like the extra bit of kick. Delish!!!
This was really good! I didn't have apple cider vinegar so I used white vinegar instead and no celery seed...still yummy. Thanks!
Delish! You put all my fave foods in one pan. The flavors sounded a little strange, but melded together beautifully. I made it exactly as directed. It makes a big batch, so make sure you have a large skillet. I will definitely repeat this one.
