Great dish, I used pork loin chops bone in, removed excess fat and rind which I oiled and salted and then refrigerated and then baked in a super hot oven for crackly. A definite do again recipe. Put it together and forget it for 5 hours and WOW lovely tender moist meat. The apples, prunes and onions make a lovely side dish. It is very Scandinavian having prunes & apples with pork. Seved with a very spicy mustard and squash cooked in orange uice
