  1. Wow, this is a terrific iced tea Annacia. So good, really sweet and flavorful. Nice and refreshing, I love that you can taste all the different flavors, the tea, peach, mint and ginger, they blended together beautifully creating something special. Even the dh enjoyed a glass, something totally unheard of before. Made for Culinary Quest - Southern USA - for the Suitcase Gourmets.

  2. I'm a bugger about NOT diluting my iced drinks with plain ol' ice cubes, so I ended up making two batches of this, one on the first day & one on the second ~ The 1st batch was used to make ice cubes, & the 2nd batch was for drinking WITH those 'ice tea cubes' & I had not only AN OUTSTANDING DRINK but also a recipe that's a real keeper! 3. Despite living in the South, we are not cold tea drinkers. But, we can't get enough of this stuff. Spectacularly delicious. Wonderful mixture of tea, peach, and ginger flavors. Heavenly. i double the batch and made a new batch every single day for about a week. Thanks for posting the recipe!

  4. Wonderful tea! Everyone liked it from me to the 10 year old son. We felt like we were drinking one of those $3.50 a bottle organic drinks at the health food store!! I was so happy that I had the Earl Grey tea bags as the flavors all blended so well with the lemon, ginger and of course the FRESH PEACHES! Thank you for a wonderful recipe!

  5. Outstanding tea! We all loved it. When I poured the boiling water over the mixture of lemon, ginger root and tea the lovely aroma of the lemon was powerful. The end result was very tasty. The ginger blended nicely with the tea and lemon. I used just a slight bit more than 1/2 cup of sugar and it was perfect. This recipe is a must try for the fresh peach season but also think that frozen peaches would work as well. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
