  1. Put ingredients in bread machine according to bread machine manufacturer reccomendations.
  2. Use sweet or basic/white cycle with medium or white crust.
  3. Remove from loaf pan and cool on wire rack when done.
  4. Make glaze: Mix ingredients until smooth and thin enough to drizzle.
  5. Drizzle over cooled loaf.
