A fruity cocktail to be enjoyed all year-round. Sometimes I like to put a mint leaf or two in to make it even more refreshing.
- 2 ounces orange-flavored liqueur
- 2 ounces orange juice
- 2 ounces apricot nectar
- 1 orange wedge
- 1 -2 mint leaf
- Shake all ingredients together in mixing tin, and strain into cocktail glass over ice.
- Garnish optional.
This was really good. I used Sabra's orange liquer because it has a nice creamy taste to it. And the garnish made it nice and pretty. Actually we (my family) ate the orange garnishes, because we didn't want the orange to go to waste.
