Perfect compliment to any salad!
- 4 cups soft bread
- 1⁄3 cup vidalia onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons oil
- In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, onion, and parsley. Stir in butter and egg.
- Shape into 1/2 inch balls.
- Heat oil to about 375 in a skillet. Fry croutons 10-15, turning to brown all sides.Drain on paper towels.
