An easy way to cook peppers and onions while I grill sausage.
- Cut the onion and pepper into quater inch slices.
- Place them in a bowl, add olive oil, salt and pepper and toss well.
- Place the vegetables on a sheet of heavy duty foil, fold the edges up and over, sealing to create a closed packet.
- Place on the grill for 10 minutes.
- Turn it over and cook for 10 minutes more.
