For a fast breakfast I love this. The sweetness of the apples, cinnamon and sugar on a toasted multigrain bread is just so good.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 slice multi grain bread or 1 slice rye bread
  • 1 unpeeled apple, grated
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup or 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar-free chunky peanut butter


  1. Toast the bread. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, and spread onto the toast.
