This recipe, makes four half cup servings. I found this recipe in Prevention magazine. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting this for safe keeping.

I didn't have dijon mustard so I just used my honey mustard dipping sauce instead of the two separate ingredients. It was tasty and couldn't have gotten any easier to make. I did make mine on the stovetop instead of the microwave because I hate microwave cooking. I wasn't madly in love, but it was tasty. I will most likely make this again.

  1. Microwave carrots on high in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
  2. Stir in honey and mustard while carrots are hot.
