This is not your mama's slaw, this is a just right blend of lip puckering mouth warming goodness...and its a side dish !!

Made half the recipe and went easy on the pepper. Very sweet and tangy served with a French-dip style beef sandwich. Never tried this with mustard added, very good. Thanks for sharing Dan. Made for Pick A Chef Spring 2011.

  1. Quarter cabbage and remove core. Grate the cabbage, carrots and onion in a food processor, then toss them in a large bowl. For dressing, whisk the remaining ingredients together, and toss with the vegetables, add salt and pepper and chill for two hours.
