  • 2 roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
  • 34 cup beer
  • 34 cup plus 2 tbsp beef broth
  • 1 (16 ounce) package bratwursts, sliced
  • 1 (16 ounce) package spicy bratwursts, sliced
  • 1 large sweet onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 14 cup canned jalapeno pepper, slices
  • 14 cup grape jelly
  • 14 cup chili-garlic sauce
  • 12 teaspoon paprika
  • 12 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • Bring the roasted peppers, beer, and beef broth to a boil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook for 1 minute, then stir in the sliced bratwurst.
  • Sprinkle the onion and jalapeno slices over the bratwursts, and simmer until the onion is tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Stir in the grape jelly, chili sauce, paprika, and black pepper.
  • Cook about 10 minutes longer until the sauce thickens slightly.
