    Directions:

      Prepare macaroni according to package instructions.
    2. 2
      (You can substitute seashell pasta, anything up to bowtie pasta size, if you like. But please don't use long pastas like spaghetti or fettucini-- they just don't work with this.) Combine cottage cheese, sugar, and cinnamon with drained macaroni.

      Taste and add sugar/cinnamon, if necessary.

      Serve immediately.

      What a surprisingly great recipe! I thought it might be too sweet, but the cottage cheese and sugar went very well together. A great packed lunch item because it tasted just as good cold :) Thanks!
