A great way to use up some leftovers. Packs well for lunches.
- 3⁄4 cup pasta, cooked
- 1⁄4 cup canned pineapple, un-drained
- 3 teaspoons cheese, finely diced (any flavour)
- Place pasta in small thermos or lunch container. Add in remaining ingredients and stir well. Pack up and enjoy for lunch!
I used spaghetti noodles and Colby Jack cheese in this recipe. it was terrible. Maybe I used the wrong stuff but either way, I will not be doing it again.
