My husband loves hot chocolate....I think I'll make this for him soon. very easy to do. For those who prefer mint flavored hot chocolate, add a drop of mint extract to the mixture before heating. For those who prefer mocha hot chocolate (like me), add 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules to the milk before heating.
- 8 (1 g) packetssplenda-no calorie artificial sweetener
- 3 tablespoons cocoa (preferably Dutch processed)
- 2 cups 2% low-fat milk
- Mix together SPLENDA Granulated Sweetener and cocoa in a small saucepan. Gradually add milk, whisking until blended.
- Cook over medium-low heat until thoroughly heated. Serve immediately.
