This is a French Bread that has a light, crispy crunch and a sweet flavor! Try to drizzle honey over the bread while it bakes.
- 177.44 ml water
- 9.85 ml honey
- 9.85 ml olive oil
- 3.69 ml salt
- 3.69 ml white sugar
- 473.18 ml bread flour
- 7.39 ml yeast
- 14.79 ml honey (optional)
- Place items in bread machine as per manufactures instructions.
- While bread is baking, drizzle with honey if desired.
I love sweet bread and honey is my fav topping...this one was superb. I love the bread machine and this will be my recipe of choice from now on! TY Kimmie
Uber yum! I don't have a bread maker so I had to do it the old-fashioned way with a mixing bowl and loaf pan, but it was fun to make and came out soooo delish. I let it bake for 20 minutes then drizzled it with honey, sesame seeds, and chopped oats. Next time I will double this recipe to use with my mini-loaf pan to make lots of mini-loaves!
Wonderful, small loaf. I used it to make "Kelly's Spiral Ham & Swiss Stombolis", #108168. I will make this bread again.
