This is one of those recipes that become an old standby. I double the sauce and throw it over a large package of chicken, divide and freeze to cook later. I freeze them in small packages so when we go camping all I have to do is grill at the lake. No fuss or cleanup.
- Mix everything in a bowl.
- Add chicken to coat on all sides.
- Preheat grill to medium.
- Cook on a greased grill 20 minutes.
Hey Fairy Godmother - your friends in Moose Jaw loved this recipe. They suggested next time I brown the chicken in a frying pan then cook in the sauce so they would have sauce for over rice. I was thinking it would be really good with sauted peppers as well.
