An unusual way to serve haloumi.
- 200 g halloumi cheese, sliced
- 200 g fresh strawberries
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1. Fry the haloumi in butter until golden brown.
- Take off heat, add cinnamon and honey to butter and stir.
- Serve with fanned or sliced strawberries.
