  • Place sliced carrots into a pan, cover with water and boil until tender about 15 minutes.
  • Drain water.
  • Add brown sugar and butter to pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until it turns to a nice glaze. About 5-10 minutes.

  1. This is a great way to make carrots for those who are not fond of them. I did have a problem turning it into a glaze because recipe does not mention what heat to use. It did turn out fine. I think high heat would work best. Definitely a keeper!
