I loved this chicken! It was so juicy and moist and flavorful, not to mention easy. I used dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar(it was what I had) and threw in an extra clove or two of garlic but otherwise followed the recipe. (2)

Wow, so easy, so nice! I wonder why this hasn't been reviewed before! Please note that you did leave out the amount of allspice in the ingredients list: maybe edit your recipe and put in an amount. Being very well acquainted with this spice, I added about 1/3 teaspoon, and was amazed how well the flavours went together! I have a new, amazingly nonstick dish which goes on to the (gas) hob as well as into the oven, so I found the recipe easy and quick. I did spill over some extra apple cider vinegar when measuring it out into the glaze, but when I tasted the glaze it was perfect! I'd say -- follow the recipe exactly as given, but do taste, and adjust the glaze to your taste. Thank you for a simple but really tasty chicken!!
