- 1 tablespoon Chinese five spice powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl or cup and rub full amount all over steak.
