This one goes well with Chicken and fairly well with Pork though it isn't quite as complimentary there..
- 2⁄3 cup coarsely chopped fennel bulb
- 1⁄3 cup applesauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon fennel seed
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until almost smooth.
- Store this one in the fridge.
