  • 2 teaspoons dried lavender
  • 1 chamomile tea bags or 2 teaspoons dried chamomile
  • 1 fluid ounce elderflower liqueur
  • 1 teaspoon honey or 1 teaspoon agave nectar

  • Steep the lavender and chamomile in 8 oz. boiling water for 15 minutes.
  • Strain, then stir in honey and liqueur.
