    Ingredients:

    Serves: 8-10

    Yield:

    roll

    Units: US | Metric

    Directions:

      Scald milk.
    2. 2
      Add sugar & salt.
    3. 3
      Add yeast softened in 1/4 cup warm water.

      Beat eggs & add 1/2 the flour.
    5. 5
      Add remainder of flour.
    6. 6
      Put dough in a greased bowl and let rise until double in bulk.
    7. 7
      Punch down.
    8. 8
      Roll out on floured board.
    9. 9
      Sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar.
    10. 10
      Roll into a long roll.
    11. 11
      Cut off with a sharp knife into 2 inch strips.

      Place these in a greased baking dish or cupcake tins.

      Let them rise again.

      Bake in oven at 425 degrees.

      15-25 minutes.

      These are real good.
