- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 1⁄4 cup flax seed meal
- 1⁄2 cup raw almonds (or other crunchy snutty things)
- 1⁄4 cup raisins (or other dry squishy fruits)
- cook rice according to instructions mix all ingredients eat a small portion, this is powerful stuff!
