If you like biscuits, you’ll love these! They are fragrant, light and delicious. Basic Preparation Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Baking time is approx.8 minutes. Yield: 8 standard (2 1/2 inch) size biscuits.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 14 cups heartland sweet cream buttermilk pancake mix
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 23 cup milk

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients lightly. Place dough on pancake mix floured surface. Knead 10 times. Roll dough gently to ½ inch thick. Cut with 2 to 2 1/2inch cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake until golden brown.
  2. After removing from oven, brush with butter and enjoy.
