This is so yummy! I used sugar free maple syrup for the honey & fat free cottage cheese. The banana just sends it over the top! Thanks for sharing such a simple, healthy & lovely snack.

This makes a good snack or even a small meal. I only used a teaspoon of honey but found it a bit too sweet, so I added a tablespoon of milk. This was great for my sweet tooth! Thanks for sharing!

I liked the sweet taste the honey gave the cottage cheese. This makes a big enough portion that you could serve this to two people. You have to give a few extra stirs to blend in the honey so wait to add the banana. I think next time I will drain the cottage cheese so there is not so much liquid.
