  1. have hunted for the past three years to find this recipe, have tried so many others and none compares to this one, finally found it and cant stop making it! can make a big batch, freeze some and reheat. my 1 year old son loves eating these for lunch too!

  2. I love these, super delish, and sooooo cheap to make. I flat so these are a great for the poor times in my life, I top them off with cream cheese and sweet chillie sauce. scrummy in y tummy...mmmmm

  3. Just made these fritters as a snack. They are so quick and easy, and taste great when you roll them in sugar and cinnamon / nutmeg, after they have been drained :-)

  4. I just love this recipe & it's a keeper for me. I don't make it too often & usually find it's the first thing I make when we have no meat to have for a meal. I prefer using a tin of whole kernels for that real corn taste but the kids love the creamed corn like you have here. Either way, it's a popular recipe in our house. Economical, tasty & so easy to fry up that even the teenagers can make them.

  5. Not quite what I was looking for, but not too bad. I was hoping for a little sweeter, with a little more of a corn taste to it.
