      Delicious...my family devours this dish every time. Goes great with Mexican dishes. It is not meant to be the texture of a cake. It is more pudding-like. Must let cool at least 10-15 minutes or will be too mushy.

      I thought this was going to be cake-like. Instead it was a pudding. Made and reviwed fo 2009 Fall PAC.
