- 250 g red chilies, chopped
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 cups white vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon grated gingerroot
- 150 g sultanas
- Place all ingredients in a large pot.
- Simmer for 40 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
- Store in sterilised jars.

Yummy sweet chilli sauce, I made a small amount of this recipe just to use the red chillies I had at home. The flavour was wonderful, used the sauce as a dipping sauce with Gluten Free Chicken Nuggets (Easy). Thank you makrina #24
