This is a simple, tasty way to prepare salmon. The salmon turns out tender and moist with just the right amount of sweet and spiciness.
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1⁄2 cup sweet chili sauce
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a plastic bag, place salmon filets and chili sauce. Seal bag, releasing as much air as possible, and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Place salmon in a baking dish and roast for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
I loved this recipe but then again I love sweet chili sauce! The marinade gave the fish the right amount of heat. Thanks for posting this recipe! :) Made for Seafood Tag.
