1 cup sweet chili sauce
¹⁄₃ cup vinegar
¹⁄₄ cup peanuts, Ground
¹⁄₄ cup cilantro, Chopped
¹⁄₂ teaspoon salt (to taste)
¹⁄₂ teaspoon pepper (to taste)

In a frying pan over medium heat, fry the garlic with canola oil until golden, Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl to blend, Set Aside.
