- 4 ounces cooked chicken breasts
- 1⁄4 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 tablespoon ground pecans
- 1 tablespoon relish
- 1⁄4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- chop chicken, add rest of ingredients and stir, refrigerate.
