      Its amazing how little bit of jam can change the taste of cottage cheese! I used peach jam and it tasted great! Makes a lovley after school or before bedtime snack!

      I was a little sceptical before making it,but it tasted pretty good!i used orange marmalade jam coz that's my favourite right now and like Ginny i can't imagine my cheese without pepper so i added that as well!It tasted good with cream cracker biscuit!thanks

      Mallina, I made a smaller portion for myself to try this because it sounded so...well...different. LOL I usually put black pepper on my cottage cheese (and many people think that's strange). :) Anyway, I mixed 1/4 c cottage cheese with 1T Grandma Jones' Pepper Jam. It didn't look too attractive, but it doesn't with black pepper either! But it tasted really great! I can see using this mixture in crepes! (GF for you & me!) ;)
