I served this as my first course at my Christmas breakfast. Delish and everyone was very impressed. Made it nice because I just went out and picked the grapefruit off my tree. I cut the sugar/cinnamon down a little. Thanks for the recipe!
We liked the addition of the cinnamon to the traditional sugar topping. We weren't too sure about the butter though. It didn't seem to add much besides fat to the grapefruit. Next time, I'll skip it out of personal preference.
I had them one time at the Bed and Breakfast place, Looooooooooved it, was always wondering about the recipe; Thank you very much, you made my day ; )
