  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Cut in margarine.
  3. Add liquid and stir quickly until just incorporated.
  4. Form into palm-sized balls and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake 13-15 minutes at 425 (You can put them in as the oven heats).
