Easy, cheap, quick, delicious. Made it up when this was all I had in the house and served with cous cous and roasted peppers.


  1. Make up the marinade with all the ingredients.
  2. Add the chicken thighs and leave as long as possible.
  3. Put into an oven at 200.
  4. Baste occasionally.
  5. Take out after 40-45 minutes.

really good. I found I had to make much more sauce though. Wasnt enough. Thanks though for recipe it was delicious. Husband loved it!!!

Very good, I made more sauce too. Used 6 thighs and put honey at 4 tbsp, and soy sauce at 2 tbsp, 1 extra garlic. Also baked at 375 not 200, thinking 200 was a typo? Awesome flavour !!!

Very good. Family loved the sauce. I made 10 Chicken Thighs served with Sour Cream and Chive Potatoes and Squash. Great dinner for us. Love the Garlic. Oh Yea I made it on a Saturday...Now how is that for all the S's Smiles have a nice day and thank you for the wonderful recipe.
