I mixed everything together and marinated the chicken also for 30 minutes. Very juicy and tasty. I used fresh basil from a friend and lemon juice from my trees and the rest were dry herbs. I only made 1 chicken breast so cooked it for about 25 minutes. Thanks for a great recipe!

Prepared for PAC Spring 2008 This is an excellent rub that I used for grilled chicken. Very easy to prepare with ingredients usually in the pantry. I let the chicken breasts marinade for about 30 minutes on each side before grilling. The flavors all blended well. Excellent results!
This made a nice rub for a roasted chicken. I did reduce the salt by half due to personal preferences. I also used fresh garlic, but dried spices for everything else. Thank you for sharing your recipe. Made for Spring '08 Pick A Chef.
