Wow, so good. I did reduce the sugar by half as I don't like my dressings too sweet and I thought it was perfect! Tangy and sweet.
Made this exactly as written and was pleased. It is so simple and the balance in flavors is very good!
So simple to make and VERY TASTY !!! Yes it's sweet but that's part of its charm. Besides, better to get your sugar from a salad than a cupcake, ha !!!
We loved this vinaigrette! It is a little on the sweet side but it goes really well over greens. It's easy to make and I know it will be on our salads often. Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Spring 2009.
This gets one of my rare 5 star votes. Absolutely excellent! Just what I was looking for. Did substitute Splenda for the sugar and did use a very good brand of balsamic vinegar. Delightful!
