Awesome!! I loved this great combination of flavours and textures. I did add some chopped green onion, and a dash of Chinese Five Spice Powder to the mix. I also only added about 1 cup of mayo as that was all that was left in the jar :) and that was still great. I made easy croissants Easy Croissants for an added touch and everyone was truly impressed! Thanks, Lori! I will make this again when I have important company to impress!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... This was so simple to mix up. Very nice to whip up in a jiffy! Using left over chicken thighs cooked in butter, I prepared 1/2 of the recipe. I had not had orange in chicken salad before. It is not my personal favorite fruit in chicken salad, however this was tasty! Very nice recipe!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful...
