This is very similar to sweet and sour chicken. Served over white rice, it is delicious
- 2 (18 ounce) bottlesof honey barbecue sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces. Combine all ingredients in covered roasting pan. Bake at 350 for one hour or all day in slow cooker on low.
- Serve over white rice.
