  1. One of our favorite slow cooker recipes! I doubled the recipe for a larger slow cooker (and so we had lots of leftovers). It's such an easy recipe, and nice that just varying the type of salsa used will vary the taste. Thanks for sharing!!

  2. The title of this recipe describes it perfectly. I made as directed and added a mixture of flour/water for the last hour or so to thicken it a little bit. The meat was very tender and it made good gravy to put over rice. I served with green beans. Next time, I will cut the sugar in 1/2 or 3/4. Thanks for an easy recipe with stuff on hand.

  3. This was okay, but I made it in a 5 quart slow cooker not realizing that it is a recipe for a smaller slow cooker. After seven hours it was a bit over cooked. Next time I will double the recipe and see how it turns out.

  4. This is sooooo yummy. Wow! Tender and the sauce is great. Thanks.

I'm 20 and just moved out to Mass from Denver and now live in Cambridge. My boyfriend and I live with our roommate, two ferrets, and a lizard. Although I've been cooking most of my life, I'm still a beginner. I can never seem to work out the complete picture, I always forget to add a veggie side for example :( I have one of the best jobs in the world: I get to play with Monkeys all day! In the fall I'm going to be going to school for Biology at Suffolk University. I'm always looking to meet new people, so give me a buzz!
