- 29.58 ml brown sugar
- 29.58 ml pickled jalapeno juice
- 78.07 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 4.92 ml dried red pepper flakes
- 14.79 ml red wine vinegar
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until sugar is desolved.
- Pour mixture in a ziploc bag and add meat.
- Seal and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
