Sweet and Spicy Meatballs

ingredients

• 453.59 g ground beef
• 118.29 ml spicy ketchup
• 118.29 ml apple jelly
• 59.14 ml milk
• 1 egg
• 29.58 ml cider vinegar
• 59.14 ml water
• 118.29 ml chopped onion
• 29.58 ml soy sauce
• 4.92 ml salt
• 0.25 ml pepper, to taste
• 29.58 ml cornstarch

directions

1. Mix ground beef, egg, onions, salt, pepper, and soy sauce.
2. Roll meat mixture into ball of desired size.
3. Brown in greased fry pan.
4. Mix together ketchup, apple jelly, water, milk, vinegar.
5. Bring liquid mixture to a boil and add corn starch to thicken.
6. Add meat to sause and simmer 15-20 minutes.
7. Serve on a bed of rice.
