This is a crisp and crunchy salad! ENJOY!
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 cup apple, sliced
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- lettuce leaf, washed and drained
- 2 tomatoes, sliced and sprinkled with salt to taste
- 1 cup cottage cheese or 1 cup panir or 1 cup tofu, diced and sprinkled with salt to taste
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- Mix the celery, apples, cucumbers, salt, pepper and orange juice.
- Arrange the lettuce leaves in a flat platter.
- Place the salad in the centre.
- Arrange the cottage cheese and tomatoes around it.
- Spoon the mayonnaise on top before serving.
